Baton Rouge is a great city to explore. Situated on the Mississippi River, Baton Rouge represents the best of Louisiana’s vibrant culture. The capital is a thriving city that is home to both LSU and Southern University, as well as numerous businesses and industrial facilities. Known for its great people, its unique food and its lively music, Red Stick has something for everyone.
There are numerous rental car centers around the city, but the perhaps the most convenient for our traveling athletes are those located at the airport. There are plenty of small vans, SUV’s, and large vans to accommodate the various team sizes. However, we recommend renting early, because it’s still Mardi Gras and there are lots of out-of-towners looking for a car.
